We owe you a big “Thank You” for believing in us and Joining our course. For over a decade, It’s been our commitment to offer you high-quality training. Here’s the only thing you should know. We have a 7-day, no questions asked* refund policy. Yes, you read that right. If you are dissatisfied with our teaching, we would be happy to refund the entire amount (minus the transaction and/or Processing fee) to you. While our 7-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk-free, we must also protect our organisation from fraud. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

• A significant portion of the course has been consumed by a student before the refund was requested.
• If courses were purchased at a discounted price through offers provided by us.
• Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
• Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
• The purchase was made by any third party on your behalf.
• Users who violate our Terms of use will not be eligible to receive a refund.
• Purchased a course as a part of package or bundle offer.
• Bulk course purchases made by a company, organization, institute for it’s employees, students etc. (any users created 3 and above shall be treated as bulk purchase).

These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
